Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Can I make changes to my order?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We currently ship throughout the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Products
Will your charms fit my child’s glasses?
Our charms are designed to fit many standard children’s eyeglass frames, including bendable frame such as Nano and Dilli Dalli. Because frame styles vary, we recommend checking the product description for sizing and compatibility before purchasing.
Are the charms removable?
Yes! Our charms are easy to attach and remove, allowing kids to change their look whenever they want.
Are your products safe for children?
Our products are intended for use with eyeglasses and should always be used under adult supervision. Small parts may present a choking hazard and are not recommended for children under 3 years old.
Do you offer bundles?
Yes! We offer bundle options that let you mix and match your favorite designs while saving money.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
